MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia set the official dollar exchange rate for October 21-23, 2023 at 95.9053 rubles, which is 1 ruble 40 kopecks lower than the previous figure.

The regulator lowered euro exchange rate by 1 ruble 20 kopecks to 101.4257 rubles.

The official yuan exchange rate has been lowered by 18 kopecks to 13.0688 rubles.
