MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. It would be too early for Moscow to initiate an international agreement on replacing the dollar as a global currency, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Izvestia.

When asked to comment on whether Russia was ready to initiate such an agreement, Peskov said, "In theory, I think, Russia is ready to do so now, but we will not stand a chance to succeed. We need more time.".
