MOSCOW, March 31. /TASS/. The OPEC+ Joint Technical Committee (JTC) made the decision to use forecasts of Wood Mackenzie and Rystad Energy for assessment of the oil market situation instead of International Energy Agency (IEA) data, the committee said in its report seen by TASS.

"The JTC replaced, with immediate effect, the IEA with Wood Mackenzie and Rystad Energy, as part of the secondary sources used to assess the crude oil production," the committee noted.

The OPEC Secretariat made the recommendation earlier to stop using IEA data.
