Russia forces repel one attack by Ukrainian forces in Krasny Liman area over past day

The Russian Defense Ministry noted that the losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to up to 50 military personnel

MOSCOW, December 31. /TASS/. Over the past 24 hours, units of the battlegroup Center repelled one attack by the Ukrainian armed forces in the Krasny Liman direction, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported.

"In the Krasny Liman direction, units of the battlegroup Center - with the support of artillery and aviation - repelled an attack by units of the 63rd mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces in the area of the village of Chervonaya Dibrova in the People’s Republic of Lugansk. Groups of enemy manpower were defeated in the area of Serebryansky forestry," the statement says.

The Russian Defense Ministry noted that the losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to up to 50 military personnel, two armored combat vehicles and three pickup trucks.
