MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. The JSC Rosoboronexport (part of the state corporation Rostec) will for the first time present the latest weapons for the 5th generation fighters, including cruise missile Kh-69, at the Dubai Airshow 2023.
The exhibition will be held from November 13 to 17.
"Rosoboronexport in 2023 will present for the first time the Il-76MD-90A(E) military transport aircraft, the latest armaments for the 5th generation fighters, including the RVV-MD2 and RVV-BD air-to-air guided missiles, Kh-69 cruise missile, as well as the world's best combat helicopter Ka-52 with a line of weapons that proved effective against modern armored vehicles in real combat conditions," Rosoboronexport CEO Alexander Mikheev has said.
The Il-76MD-90A(E) military transport aircraft presented at the static parking lot is a multifunctional one, successfully used for a wide range of tasks, including special operations and amphibious assault. It is capable of carrying up to 60 tons of cargo at a distance of up to 4,000 kilometers, and 20 tons at a distance of 8,500 kilometers.
Rosoboronexport press service said that the aircraft was equipped with a multi-channel opto-electronic sighting system for spotting landing sites and controlling the drop of cargo and paratroopers, as well as an onboard defense complex President-S. Together with the IL-76MD-90A(E), Rosoboronexport will present samples of various parachute and airborne systems, including an automated cargo delivery system Yunker-DG-250 (the latter to be displayed in the Middle East for the first time).
As the press service of Rosoboronexport said, the Ka-52 combat reconnaissance and attack helicopter, recognized by international experts as the best in its market segment, during demonstration flights will show the aerobatic maneuvers only coaxial rotor helicopters are capable of, such as flat turns towards the target, lateral movements at high speeds and negative pitch angle deep glide.
