MELITOPOL, July 31. /TASS/. The Ukrainian servicemen refuse to launch an offensive in the Zaporozhye area due to colossal losses, Acting Governor Yevgeny Balitsky said.
"The Ukrainian servicemen refuse to go on the offensive in the Zaporozhye area, many are surrendering to save their lives. The losses on the enemy side are colossal. Our units see the uncoordinated actions of the enemy, who began to form combined assault groups from different units and brigades to continue throwing their soldiers to the slaughter," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
