MOSCOW, January 17. /TASS/. Two Tupolev-160 strategic bombers of Russia’s Aerospace Force have conducted a patrol over the international waters of the Arctic Ocean, the Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.

"Two Tupolev-160 strategic bombers have completed a planned flight in the airspace over the international waters of the Arctic Ocean, which lasted for more than 10 hours," the Defense Ministry said.

Long-range aviation crews regularly fly over the international waters of the Arctic, the North Atlantic, the Black and Baltic seas, and the Pacific Ocean. "All flights of the Russian Aerospace Force’s planes are carried out in strict accordance with international rules," the Defense Ministry stressed.
