MOSCOW, July 18. /TASS/. Moscow has set up a center for receiving, relocating, accommodating refugees in Syria, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday, adding that the Center would also organize humanitarian aid deliveries.
"Acting in coordination with the Syrian authorities, Russia has set up a center for receiving, relocating, accommodating refugees as part of international efforts to assist Syrian refugees in returning to their places of residence," the statement reads.

Russia’s Foreign and Defense Ministries have established a joint headquarters at the National Defense Management Center in order to coordinate the refugee center’s activities.
"Information about Russia’s initiative aimed at resolving the issue of refugees’ return to their homes is being provided to relevant United Nations agencies, as well as to Russia’s embassies in 36 countries hosting the largest numbers of Syrian refugees," the Russian Defense Ministry pointed out.
A special information bulletin containing detailed information about the return of Syrian refugees has been published on the Defense Ministry’s website and will be regularly updated.
