Israeli jets attack four districts in southern Beirut

Israeli warplanes have been conducting day-time air raids on Beirut for a third day running already, and they have bombed the city twice since this morning

BEIRUT, November 14. /TASS/. Israeli fighter jets delivered airstrikes on several buildings in the south of the Lebanese capital where outposts of the Hezbollah Shia organization are located on Thursday afternoon.

Namely, Ghobeiry and three other neighborhoods, from where the remaining residents have previously been evacuated, were targeted, a TASS reporter said.

"We heard very powerful explosions one after another," a witness in one of the southern suburbs told TASS. According to him the Israeli Air Force and drones have been mainstays in the skies over Beirut of late. "We expect yet another air raid, as the Israeli command has just issued a warning to the population," he said.
