HANOI, April 8. /TASS/. Vietnam believes that Russia will continue to develop steadily under the leadership of President Vladimir Putin, Vietnam's Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said at a meeting with Zarubezhneft CEO Sergey Kudryashov, who is on a working visit to the republic, the Vietnam News Agency reported.

Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Vladimir Putin "on his re-election as President of the Russian Federation for the 2024-2030 term with a record high number of votes." "We believe that under the leadership of President Vladimir Putin, Russia will continue to develop steadily," the PM pointed out.

The Vietnamese prime minister said Vietnam shares the pain of the many losses of the March 22, 2024 terrorist attack with the Russian people. "Vietnam strongly condemns terrorist attacks in all forms; We believe that Russia will always unite to overcome this loss," Pham Minh Chinh said.

The prime minister hailed the positive development of Vietnam-Russia relations in all fields, stressing that cooperation in the oil and gas sector, which has reached a high level of efficiency, continues to be its basis.
