Additional funding to support Ukraine likely to be marginal — Bloomberg

This is due to the fact that the announced sum "is so large, it would likely have to account for bilateral donations member states give Ukraine", the source said

NEW YORK, April 4. /TASS/. The $100 bln sum suggested by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to support Ukraine will most likely account for bilateral donations of the alliance’s member states, Bloomberg said citing a diplomatic source.

This is due to the fact that the announced sum "is so large, it would likely have to account for bilateral donations member states give Ukraine, meaning any additional fresh funding would likely be marginal," the agency quoted the source as saying.

Meanwhile The New York Times said earlier this week that "several allies have questioned how NATO would be able to raise the $100 billion when it has no leverage over member states."
