Colombian war victims make personal decision to stay in Ukraine — Foreign Ministry

CARACAS, February 18. /TASS/. The presence of Colombian citizens who became victims of the war in Ukraine is conditioned by their personal decisions and there are no bilateral agreements with Ukraine on this issue, Colombian Foreign Ministry said.

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia considers it necessary to clarify the situation regarding Colombian citizens who are victims of war. Their presence in Ukraine is due to personal decisions. There are no bilateral agreements that allow them to do so," the mnistry said in a statement on its X page.
