BEIRUT, December 3. /TASS/. Militants of Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah carried out ten operations in southern Lebanon to attack Israeli positions in the north of the Jewish state.

According to a statement, posted on Hezbollah’s Telegram channel, its members used guided anti-tank missiles and multiple-launch rocket systems. The report says that the Israeli military sustained casualties and lost armored vehicles and equipment.

A shelling attack on Israeli barracks in Birket Riche was also reported, as well as attacks on mechanized patrols near a number of Jewish settlements. The consequences of these attacks are unknown.

In response, the Israeli artillery shelled the Lebanese territory.
