GENICHESK, June 8. /TASS/. Some 29 people injured in floods following the destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP) have been hospitalized in the Kherson Region, regional Minister of Labor and Social Policy Alla Barkhatnova said.

"The total number of those hospitalized is at 29," she told journalists. According to the official, they have been placed in four hospitals in different towns: Genichesk, Skadovsk, Novotroitsk and Kolonchak.
