NEW YORK, March 20. /TASS/. The US authorities do not notice that Ukraine uses terrorist methods and attacks civilians, Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov told Newsweek.

According to him, after the start of the special military operation, the regime of Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky "turned to terrorist methods, targeting the civilian population and infrastructure on the peninsula." "Remarkably, this fact is deliberately ignored by the US authorities, who make a constant show of their concern for human rights," the diplomat pointed out.

Earlier, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that funds allocated by the West to help Ukraine were actually being spent on projects like those of the Islamic State group (IS, banned in Russia).
