SIRIUS /FEDERAL TERRITORY/, March 9. /TASS/. The interview of American journalist Tucker Carlson with Russian President Vladimir Putin "pissed off" everyone in the United States, boxer Kevin Johnson, who was granted Russian citizenship, told TASS.

"I think it was a good interview. Not many people are coming here to interview the Commander-in-Chief himself. That was a great move. This is how you know the move was great, because everybody in America was pissed off that he did it. That’s what made it so great. He pissed off CNN, CBS, FOX - every news channel. Check mate, beautiful," he said.

Putin's interview with Carlson was published on February 8 and has gathered over 200 mln views. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Putin reached the interview's main goal, which was to break through the Western information blockade and be heard.
