MOSCOW, February 29. /TASS/. All new national projects announced in Russian President Vladimir Putin’s State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly (parliament) should be approved by the end of this year and coordinated with each other.

"All national projects that I spoke about today, should be approved, coordinated with each other," the president said.

The key results of national programs are measured "not in tons, kilometers or the amount of funds spent," he noted, adding that "the main thing is people’s assessment, how life changes for the better."
