Foreign media invited to Putin's end-of-year presser — spokesman

According to Dmitry Peskov, the Russian leader will answer journalists' questions as well as citizens' appeals at the upcoming event

MOSCOW, December 12. /TASS/. Foreign media will be present at the two-in-one Direct Line question and answer session and annual press conference to be held by Russian President Vladimir Putin on December 14, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"I repeat once again that there will be journalists in attendance - representatives of our federal media, with journalists arriving from all regions, and foreign media will also be represented," the spokesman said.

According to him, Putin will answer journalists' questions as well as citizens' appeals at the upcoming event. "Conceptually, this is how it will be," Peskov said.
