Decision on tribunal for Ukrainian leaders under review — Russian diplomat

Discussions are now underway how this structure will be formalized, Rodion Miroshnik said

MINSK, December 11. /TASS/. The format of the tribunal for Ukrainian political leaders is under review, Russian Ambassador at Large for Kiev regime crimes Rodion Miroshnik said on the air with CTV television.

"The political leaders of Ukraine will be eventually accountable. In what format? This will be determined at present; it is a political issue. Believe me, the closer [the special military] operation will be to the end, the closer our victory will be, the quicker politicians will come to a common opinion on the exact tribunal, the exact court to give a verdict, where facts of crimes will be presented to the whole world, and what will be the liability of [President of Ukraine Vladimir] Zelensky, [head of office of the president Andrey] Ermak, [ex-defense minister Alexey] Reznikov, and so on down the list. All these figures that facilitated murdering of plenty of people, disintegrating Ukraine, and selling interests of this state," the diplomat said.

"Discussions are now underway how this structure will be formalized," Miroshnik said. "This is also an absolute fact that this process is being implemented now and that it will work not merely at the judicial and procedural track but at the political and information one also," the Ambassador added.
