MOSCOW, January 31. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed force continue to relocate reserves to Artyomovsk, Ugledar and Maryinka directions, Acting DPR Head Denis Pushilin said on Russian TV Monday.

"The relocation of reserves, of some additional forces, continues, and we see it both on Artyomovsk, Ugledar and Maryinka directions, among others," he said.

Pushilin also noted that Russian forces make some progress on these directions, but they "are not so outstanding, because fighting is going on literally for every meter [of territory] there."

On January 30, Pushilin announced that Russian forces have entrenched on the Eastern outskirt of Ugledar, adding that taking the city will make it possible to develop the advance on two directions simultaneously. Pushilin also noted that Russian forces are advancing on the main swaths in Artyomovsk, but it is too early to speak about its operation encirclement, as fierce fighting continues there.
