GENICHESK, January 30. /TASS/. Russian artillery wiped out two Ukrainian artillery squads in the Kherson Region, killing seven and wounding five militants, the regional emergency services told TASS on Monday.

"Yesterday, artillery fire in the area of the settlement of Tyaginka destroyed a 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery gun. The [Ukrainian army’s] losses are three servicemen killed and two others wounded. In the area of the settlement of Belozyorka, a 120mm mortar with an ammunition load and a team [was destroyed]. The losses are: four killed and three wounded," the emergencies services said.
