Four drones shot down near Sevastopol over 24 hours

It is reported that at night, the air defense systems wiped out a drone over a bay near Sevastopol and another three were shot down in the morning

SEVASTOPOL, January 16. /TASS/. A fourth drone in 24 hours has been downed approaching Sevastopol, Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev wrote on his Telegram channel on Monday.

Earlier, he reported one downed drone. "The current situation: three drones have been shot down over the sea. Our forces and air defense systems continue deflecting the attack," he wrote.

The governor’s press service told TASS that at night, the air defense systems wiped out a drone over a bay near Sevastopol and another three were shot down in the morning.

Sevastopol is the main base of the Black Sea Fleet and over recent months there have been several attempts to attack it with drones. One of the latest drone attacks on Sevastopol was overnight on January 7.
