Mikhail Mizintsev pointed out that those manipulations around Russian service members convincingly prove that the authorities of numerous Western countries are turning into accomplices to inhuman crimes by Ukrainian neo-Nazis

MOSCOW, April 6. /TASS/. The Kiev authorities are convincing Western countries to urge the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to drop attempts to receive permission to visit Russian prisoners of war, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, the chief of the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine and the chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Wednesday.

"The Ukrainian authorities are persuading Western countries to urge the International Committee of the Red Cross to abandon its attempts to gain access to Russian prisoners of war," he said.

Mizintsev pointed out that those manipulations around Russian service members convincingly prove that the authorities of numerous Western countries are turning into accomplices to inhuman crimes by Ukrainian neo-Nazis.
