Following the West’s demand, Kiev hastily covers its tracks, scrapping biological programs, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzia said on Friday at a session on the UN Security Council, convened at Russia’s request to focus on the US military bio programs in Ukraine.

"The materials made available to the Russian Defense Ministry confirm that all major hazard research in Ukrainian biolabs was conducted under the direct supervision of US specialists, who had diplomatic immunity," Nebenzia said.

"Now, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, the Kiev regime is hastily covering its tracks at the request of its Western handlers so that Russia cannot obtain physical evidence that the United States and Ukraine have breached Article 1 of the Biological Weapons Convention," he added.
