MOSCOW, November 27. /TASS/. The Russian stock indices slightly declined at the beginning of the main session on the Moscow Exchange on Monday.

At the opening of trading, the MOEX index edged up 0.08% and reached 3,220.25 points, the dollar-denominated RTS index was 1,141.44 points (-0.15%).

As of 10:52 a.m. Moscow time, the MOEX index was at the level of 3,217.5 points (-0.01%). The RTS index was at 1,142.24 (-0.08%).

As of 10:52 Moscow time, the dollar-to-ruble rate was 88.74 rubles. (+0.16%), the euro rate increased by 0.11% to 97.17 rubles. The yuan exchange rate reached 12,392 rubles (+0.04%).
