MOSCOW, December 16. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military fired 41 rounds at Russia’s borderline Belgorod Region as it also dropped eight explosive devices from drones in the past day, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the official, a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was downed over the village of Repyakhovka, causing no damage on the ground or casualties.
Among other incidents, "in the Shebekino municipality, 13 mortar rounds were fired on the Shebekino international border crossing point, and the villages of Novaya Tavolzhanka and Murom came under two mortar attacks each," Gladkov wrote. In Murom, the enemy also dropped a highly explosive munition from a UAV, he added, saying that there was no damage or casualties in either of the settlements.
