MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. To get on the settlement trajectory it is necessary to eliminate the root causes of the Ukrainian conflict, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has told the media in reply to a TASS question.

"We have absolutely clear parameters necessary for a settlement," Peskov said. "Of course, in order to get on the settlement trajectory we need to address the root causes of this conflict. Everything here is much deeper than a decision to send a peacekeeper mission," the Kremlin spokesman emphasized.

Speaking about the parameters of resolving the conflict in Ukraine, Peskov noted that in addition to the root causes, one should take into account "the ideas that the president [Russian President Vladimir Putin] outlined when he addressed the senior staff of the Foreign Ministry in June."
