SIMFEROPOL, June 21. /TASS/. Seven people remain missing following a Ukrainian attack on drilling rigs in the Black Sea off Odessa, an emergencies source in Crimea told TASS on Tuesday.

"Some seven people remain missing" following yesterday’s attack on Chernomorneftegaz rigs, the source said.

Ukraine delivered three strikes at Chernomorneftegaz gas rigs, Crimean leader Sergey Aksyonov reported on Monday. There were 109 people there, of which 94 have been evacuated. Three people sustained injuries and seven are still missing. The search for them continues.

The three injured people remain at hospital, the emergencies source added.

Crimea’s state-owned Chernomorneftegaz produces natural gas and gas condensate and holds a license to develop the Povorotnoye natural gas deposit. The company has drilling rigs off Crimea’s Black Sea coast, on the peninsula and in the Sea of Azov.
