MOSCOW, August 28. /TASS/. Russian stock indices ended the trading session on Wednesday with the downward trend, according to market data.

The ruble-denominated MOEX Russia Index edged down by 1.11% to 2,699.98 points. The dollar-denominated RTS Index fell by 1.08% to 930.12 points.

The yuan gained 0.04% to 11.84 rubles.
