SIRIUS /Federal Territory/, March 6. /TASS/. Russia is receiving dividends from the West in the form of internal mobilization of the economy and domestic production facilities, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"We, the leaders of our country, our president, our government made it so that we have started receiving dividends from these sanctions. Dividends in the form of internal mobilization, in the form of internal mobilization of all our resources, in the form of internal mobilization of our production, in the form of stirring up efforts to master new technologies, implement them in production, and compensating sectors of the economy where foreigners are withdrawing. The business is happily developing vacated niches," Peskov said.
Russia has created a unique system of managers education and it is already bearing fruit, the Kremlin Spokesman told reporters.
"Plenty of young, gifted, knowledgeable and professional managers appear," Peskov noted. The unique system of management education, advanced training and retraining system has been established and is proactively developing in the country now," he added.
