MOSCOW, February 29. /TASS/. Russia is currently among leading countries in implementation of state digital services President Vladimir Putin said in the State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly.

"By the way, Russia has already become one of global leaders in introducing state services in the electronic form," Putin noted.

"Many, including European countries, are yet to achieve our level but we, definitely, should not and are not going to stand still," the President said.
