MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. The MOEX index fell below 3,200 points for the first time since October 13.

As of 13:53 Moscow time, the MOEX index decreased by 0.79% to 3,198.42 points. By 14:00 Moscow time, the MOEX index accelerated its decline and was at the level of 3,190.05 points (-1.05%), the RTS index fell by 0.01% to 1,084.6 points.

At the opening of the trading session, the MOEX index was at the level of 3,219.49 points (-0.14%), the RTS index decreased by 0.76%, to 1,076.57 points.
