MOSCOW, March 3. /TASS/. Ukraine’s government has allocated more than $34 million to build fortified structures in Kiev-controlled areas of the Zaporozhye Region, head of the Kiev-controlled regional administration Ivan Fyodorov said.
"The cabinet has allocated a record-breaking sum of 1.3 billion hryvnias (more than $34 million) to build fortification installations in the Zaporozhye area," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to Fyodorov, works are continue night and day and will be "completed soon." He did not specify however where these structures are being built.
Vladimir Rogov, leader of the We Are Together With Russian movement, said on February 20 that Ukraine’s army continued to build fortifications in the Zaporozhye Region at a distance of from three to 20 kilometers off the current line of combat engagement.
