Representative of Transnistrian peacekeepers refutes reports of shooting near arms depots

Earlier, there were reports about the shooting as well as about the absence of casualties

CHISINAU, April 27. /TASS/. Co-chairman of the Joint Control Commission of a peacekeeping operation in Transnistria Oleg Belyakov refuted information on shots fired near military depots near the village of Kolbasna on Wednesday.

"Information on the shooting in the vicinity of warehouses in Kolbasna was received by the peacekeeping headquarters and was verified. It wasn’t confirmed," he told a TASS correspondent.

Earlier today, the state Novosti Pridnestrovya news agency reported on its Telegram channel about the shooting as well as about the absence of casualties. At the moment, no information has been received from the Transnistrian Interior Ministry.
