BEIRUT, August 6. /TASS/. Russian dog handlers and their dogs from the Russian Emergency Ministry’s Tsentrospas unit have begun working in debris at Beirut port rocked by a powerful explosion recently, TASS reports.
A few groups will work in the port ruins looking for possible survivors buried under the rubble. Russian specialists and their dogs have enormous expertise in working at earthquake sites, the Emergency Ministry reported earlier.
