BELGOROD, December 27. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military attacked six districts of Russia’s borderline Belgorod Region with over 120 munitions in the past 24 hours, wounding several civilians, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel on Friday.
"In the Belgorodsky district, 17 munitions were fired in four bombardments and 16 UAVs were launched against the settlements of Dubovoye and Razumnoye, the villages of Krasnoye, Krasny Khutor, Nikolskoye, Petrovka, Repnoye, Tavrovo, Cheremoshnoye and Shchetinovka and the farmstead Ugrim, with 10 drones shot down by air defenses. Four civilians were wounded," the governor said.
A Ukrainian drone attack in the area of the settlement of Cheremoshnoye injured a self-defense fighter who was sent home for outpatient treatment after receiving medical assistance. Three more people were wounded on the evening of December 26 after a Ukrainian drone struck a townhouse in the village of Razumnoye, he specified.
"Two women will be treated on an outpatient basis after undergoing medical examination and receiving medical assistance while an eight-year-old boy has been taken to the regional children’s clinical hospital. Doctors assess his condition as moderate," Gladkov said.
Settlements in the Shebekinsky municipal district were attacked by 52 Ukrainian munitions in six bombardments and five drones, four of which were shot down. A civilian was wounded. The man turned to Belgorod city hospital No. 2 on his own. He managed to leave his car at the time of the drone attack in the settlement of Murom, the governor said.
"The man was diagnosed with mine-blast trauma, shrapnel wounds of his chest and barotrauma. He refused to be hospitalized and will receive further treatment on an outpatient basis, the governor specified.
