RIO DE JANEIRO, November 8. /TASS/. Russia is ready to cooperate with all who want to build relations in the multipolar world and is not seeking to use sectoral dialogue platforms for disseminating political propaganda, Russian First Deputy Culture Minister Sergey Obryvalin said.

"Russia is open to all who is ready to build lasting relations amid the multipolar world and is not trying to use sectoral dialogue platforms as an arena for political machinations to distort the truth. Only such an approach can create necessary environment on the path of building a space for equitable cooperation, creativity and flourishing of cultures," he said at a meeting of Group of Twenty culture ministers in Brazil.

Russia stands for expanding cultural ties with constructively-minded partners, he added.
