Dmitry Peskov noted that in general, "any speech by the president, even more so if it is actually addressed to the nation, and an address to the Federal Assembly is actually an address to the nation, of course, attracts the interest of analysts around the world"

MOSCOW, February 29. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will put the main emphasis in his address to the parliament on the continuation of sovereignty, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"Will there be a large part intended for foreign listeners? No. It will be [general], of course, but the main thing for the president is our country, the main thing for the president is the continuation of the sovereignty of our country. And he will focus on this, on sovereignty in various areas," the spokesman said in an interview with Channel One.

He added that in general, "any speech by the president, even more so if it is actually addressed to the nation, and an address to the Federal Assembly is actually an address to the nation, of course, attracts the interest of analysts around the world." "That will be the case this time as well. And it will be analyzed for a long time," the Kremlin spokesman pointed out.
