Ukrainian forces lose over 115 troops in Kupyansk area in 24 hours

MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces lost over 115 troops and a Leopard tank in the Kupyansk area in the past 24 hours, Battlegroup West senior press officer Yaroslav Yakimkin told TASS.

"On the Kupyansk direction, the enemy lost over 115 troops, a Leopard tank, two BTR armored personnel carriers, four automobile vehicles, Akatsiya and Gvozdika artillery systems, as well as a D-20 howitzer. […] During the counter-battery fire, a Giatsint-B cannon crew […] destroyed a Krab self-propelled artillery near the Krinichki," Yakimkin said.

"Motorized infantry units in cooperation with the artillery and aviation repelled four attacks of Ukraine’s 30th and 60th Mechanized brigades near settlements of Sinkovka, Terny and Zhitlovka," he added.
