Ukrainian troops shell DPR 22 times in past day, five civilians injured

Five civilians were injured as a result of these attacks

DONETSK, November 9. /TASS/. The armed forces of Ukraine carried out 22 shelling attacks on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) on Wednesday, injuring five civilians, the DPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukrainian war crimes said early on Thursday.

"Over the past 24 hours, the mission reported 22 shelling attacks by Ukrainian armed groups," the mission said in a statement. "A total of 71 munitions of various types were fired,"

Five civilians were injured as a result of these attacks. Eight residential houses and one civilian infrastructure facility were damaged.

A total of 57 Ukrainian shelling attacks were registered in the DPR on the previous day, Tuesday, November 7.
