The net worth of the 75-year-old businesswoman is estimated at $101 billion.
According to the magazine, the combined fortune of the three Walmart heirs - Rob Walton, Jim Walton and Alice Walton - exceeds $320 billion.
Heiress to the French cosmetics empire L'Oreal, Francoise Bettencourt-Meyers, ranks second with a fortune of $81.6 billion.
Julia Koch, a representative of one of the richest families in the United States is third on the list with a net worth of at $74.2 billion.
This year, the magazine's list included 3,028 people, including 406 women. Over 3,000 people with a combined fortune of a record $16.1 trillion made the magazine's list. Forbes notes that this is the first time that three people have a fortune of more than $200 billion. The richest of them is American entrepreneur Elon Musk with a fortune of $342 billion.
