MTS to deregister stocks with US SEC

Trading in ADRs is being suspended from February 28, 2022

MOSCOW, December 28. /TASS/. MTS made the decision to de-register its ordinary stock and American Depositary Receipts (ADR) from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and to suspend its reporting commitment, the Russian mobile communications operator said.

On December 28, the group filed a Form 15F (securities de-registration) application to SEC. Group commitments to file annual and periodical report are tacitly suspended from its submission and will terminate in full in ninety days, at the time when de-registration of stocks will take effect.

Trading in ADRs is being suspended from February 28, 2022.
