Russian stocks down as Thursday trading opens

Meanwhile, the dollar exchange rate was down by 0.22% at 90.76 rubles, the euro was down by 0.024% at 99.42 rubles

MOSCOW, December 21. /TASS/. Russia’s stock market went down as Thursday trading opened on Moscow Exchange as the MOEX Index lost 0.36% to 3,093.46 points, while the dollar-denominated RTS Index slipped by 0.09% to 1,074.1 points, according to trading data as of 10:00 a.m. Moscow time (07:00 a.m. GMT).

As of 10:20 a.m. (07:20 a.m. GMT) the MOEX was down by 0.32% at 3,094.72 points, while the RTS was down by 0.1% at 1,074.04 points.

Meanwhile, the dollar exchange rate was down by 0.22% at 90.76 rubles on Moscow Exchange, the euro was down by 0.024% at 99.42 rubles, while the yuan was down by 0.32% at 12.702 rubles as of 10:20 a.m. (07:20 a.m. GMT).
