MOSCOW, December 8. /TASS/. The Russian truck maker Kamaz expects record financial performance under IFRS in 2023, company CEO Sergey Kogogin told reporters on the sidelines of the VTB Russia Calling! investment forum.
"Yes, we are fine with our finances so far," he said, answering the question whether there will be a record financial result at the end of the year.
At the end of December 2022, Kogogin said that Kamaz’s net profit in 2023 is expected to reach 5 billion rubles ($54.5 mln).
Kamaz is the largest Russian manufacturer of trucks and is one of the twenty leading global manufacturers. The company produces trucks, trailers, buses, engines and power units. The largest shareholders of Kamaz are the state corporation Rostec (47.2%), Avtoinvest (23.54%) and Daimler Truck (15%).
