MOSCOW, November 30. /TASS/. Net profit of Rosneft under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) grew 1.8-fold in the first nine months of this year to 1.071 trillion rubles ($12 bln), Russia’s oil major reported.
Q3 net profit rose to 467 bln rubles ($5.2 bln), the company said, adding that an increase in EBITDA was behind the growth of its net profit.
Revenue fell by 8.2% to 6.612 trillion rubles ($74.6 bln) mainly due to a decrease in oil prices. Meanwhile, revenue in Q3 2023 surged by 33.3% quarter-on-quarter to 2.732 trillion rubles ($30.8 bln). EBITDA rose by 19.3% in 9M 2023 to 2.403 trillion rubles ($27 bln), while in Q3 EBITDA totaled 1.002 trillion rubles ($11.3 bln).
