As of 4:13 p.m. Moscow time, the euro exchange rate was down by 1.96% at 103.94 rubles.
As of 4:30 p.m., the euro was down by 1.87% trading at 104.03 rubles, the dollar exchange rate was down by 1.86% at 95.29 rubles, while the yuan was up by 2.11% at 12.975 rubles.
