TASHKENT, January 27. /TASS/. Authorities of Uzbekistan are working on the resumption of Mir card servicing in the Republic, Governor of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan Mamarizo Nurmuratov said on Friday.

"We continue to work on this issue," the top banker told reporters.

Uzcard, the processing center of Uzbekistan, suspended acceptance of Mir payment cards from September 23, 2022 due to technical reasons. Uzcard-Mir cobadging cards are functioning normally.
