MOSCOW, October 24. /TASS/. Construction of Moscow-Kazan highway and expansion of the Eastern Range of Russian Railways will start in 2022, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said in an interview with RBC.

"The Moscow-Kazan highway, expansion of the Eastern Range of Russian Railways, construction of a road to bypass Tver and procurement of rolling stock for the subway in St. Petersburg are just a portion of the portfolio of projects, whose implementation will begin this year," the Minister said.

"Funds will be directed presently. Projects are not quick in preparation: the financial model should be developed, terms of investing should be determined, and so on," Siluanov added.
