Putin order to continue fitting Armed Forces with voluntary servicemen — Medvedev

The politician noted that it is the Russian people’s high patriotism and desire to defend the homeland that makes it possible to continue to actively recruit voluntary servicemen

MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin order to continue fitting the Armed Forces with voluntary servicemen, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said.

"The commander-in-chief decided to continue the work on fitting the Armed Forces with voluntary servicemen in 2024," Medvedev said during a meeting.

He noted that it is the Russian people’s high patriotism and desire to defend the homeland that makes it possible to continue to actively recruit voluntary servicemen. Medvedev also said that he was ordered to coordinate this work.
