Russia says its forces destroyed ammunition depot in Kherson area

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the enemy also lost the M777 artillery system

MOSCOW, September 24. /TASS/. Russian forces destroyed an ammunition depot and an M777 artillery system of the Ukrainian 126th territorial defense brigade in the Kherson area over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"Counterbattery fire struck a US-made M777 artillery system, a D-30 howitzer, a Partizan improvised 122mm MLRS, as well as a field ammunition depot of the 126th Territorial Defense Brigade near the village of Shlyakhovoye in the Kherson Region," the ministry said.

In the Kherson area, up to 40 Ukrainian servicemen, as well as two motor vehicles were destroyed as a result of fire strikes over the past day.
